Vera Whole Health, in partnership with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia, is proud to announce the opening of its fifth advanced primary care center in the Atlanta area, located in East Point. This expansion aims to enhance access to high-quality healthcare for Anthem members, including Fulton County, City of Atlanta and MARTA.
Building upon the success of its existing centers throughout the Atlanta region, this new facility will integrate seamlessly into the Anthem benefits ecosystem. Anthem members enrolled in commercial employer-based and Health Insurance Exchange plans can benefit from a comprehensive primary care experience designed to optimize health outcomes and reduce overall healthcare costs.

The advanced primary care model offered by Vera Whole Health combines preventative care, condition management and whole-person care to help members wherever they are on their health journey. Members can expect extended appointment availability, same or next-day access and both in-person and virtual care options, to ensure timely interventions and better care outcomes.
